Bihar Vidhan Parishad Recruitment 2025: The Bihar Vidhan Parishad Sachivalaya (Bihar Legislative Council Secretariat) has officially released notification Advt No. 02/2025, inviting online applications for various Group B and Group C posts. The recruitment drive aims to fill 64 vacancies for the roles of Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Personal Assistant (PA), and Stenographer.
Application Form has started on 28 November 2025 & the candidates can apply till the 05 January 2026 (Extended). Minimum age required is 18 Years & The Maximum Age Is 42 Years (Post Wise) as on 01 August 2025
Candidate must have a graduate with Hindi Stenography speed of 100 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-07 (₹44,900–1,42,400).
Data Entry Operator DEO
Candidate must have Intermediate (10+2) qualification with a typing speed of 8000 key-depressions per hour. A computer certificate like ADCA or one from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT (‘O’ Level) is desirable. The pay scale is Level-04 (₹25,500–81,100).
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Candidate must have Intermediate (10+2) qualification with Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-02 (₹19,900–63,200).
Stenographer
Candidate must have Graduate with Hindi Stenography speed of 80 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-04 (₹25,500–81,100).
